Food are nice and the service is very nice special nielson…. rey and ryan they are very helpful and they really know what they doing i think its nice to visit and eat again and refer to my friends so they can experience the warm and very good service and the food are very delicious

Great high tea experience made more pleasant with attentive staff

Had high tea and the service staff , John, was very attentive , making it an even more pleasant experience. Was here multiple times before but this is the first time that after clearing the food, a service staff came by with nuts and chips as we still have not finished our tea. Thank you!

Good and comfortable stay

The stay was good and comfortable. Was expecting more upgrade or late check out as gold member. This hotel was missing spa unlike my experience at sofitel sentosa or fairmont. Its a good business hotel, not like a family outing hotel. The restaurant manager was very good and made our dinner memorable Clemence and Neilson. Alison from front desk was really good. Night amenities options here were the best and memorable one

I wish to sincerely thank the Club Millesime team at Sofitel City Centre in Singapore, for making me feel like family. Irene, Hadi, Marc, Myra and Carl, as well as Marc, Olivia and Heloise - they always greet me with genuine warmth, they always keep me company in the incredible Accor Lounge in the hotel, and they make my stays both memorable and enjoyable. Yes, I do stay at the Sofitel in Singapore often. People are always asking me why — is it the rate? The cleanliness of the hotel? The quality of the facilities? The French and Asian cuisine and the incredible high tea available? It’s all of those things, yes, but most of all it’s the people. They really do make me feel like I have a family away from home. And I’m very grateful for that. So, thank you again team, and I hope to see you all again, soon. Tony Gorgas
